This is New York Harbor as seen from the Waterfront Museum in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The view is of Red Hook Channel in the Upper New York Bay from the Verrazano Bridge to the mouth of the Buttermilk Channel. The Waterfront Museum is housed aboard the 1914 Lehigh Valley Railroad Barge #79 listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the last remaining covered, wooden railroad barge afloat today.
